Founded by Air Force veteran Nicole Heller and fueled by a background in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Quality Improvement and Regulatory Compliance, Haven was created to address a critical need in the industry: bridging gaps in healthcare quality, equity, and accessibility through thoughtful, reliable staffing solutions.
With services including temporary staffing, travel nursing, therapy placements, and direct placement and recruiting assistance, we partner with healthcare organizations of all sizes to deliver the talent they need — exactly when they need it. Our team works with urgency and precision, ensuring every placement supports better care, smoother operations, and more equitable outcomes for patients.

An experienced healthcare executive with over 25 years of healthcare industry experience spanning the nursing, Quality Assurance, and regulatory compliance field. With a proven track record of leading interdisciplinary and cross-functional teams for more than a decade, Nicole brings dedication, expertise and a passion for elevating healthcare standards.
Khalil Heller
Digital Technology Coordinator
Brings expertise in web development, computer technologies, digital strategy, and graphic design to support Haven Healthcare’s growth and brand presence. Known for his disciplined work ethic and solution-focused mindset, he helps manage the company’s digital operations and creative projects to ensure seamless execution. Also a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, Khalil applies the same dedication and precision cultivated through military service to his work at Haven Healthcare.
Jay Heller
Operations Manager
